For many years I was having problems with bloating and constipation as well as lack of energy, moodiness, headaches and weight gain. I finally decided to get some help and set up an appointment with Kathi. After completing her six month program I can say it was the best thing I ever did!

After our first visit she suggested I eliminate dairy from my diet to see how my body would react. Within one week I felt completely different. I was no longer bloated or constipated and felt as if I had lost 20 pounds. A lot of people say, I can’t give up dairy; I like cheese and ice cream too much. In the past I was one of those people but once I saw how much it changed the way I felt there was no going back.

At her suggestion I started to make other changes to my overall diet such as eating more dark green leafy vegetables and fruit as well as eliminating processed foods. The combination of these changes has enabled me to lose weight and feel 100% better. I do not view this as a temporary fix, but a lifelong change I plan on continuing with for the rest of my life.

In addition, as a mother and wife I was putting all my focus and energy on taking care of my family and house with little or no time left for me. With Kathi’s gentle guidance I came to realize that it is not only okay but mandatory to spend time on myself. I now spend time doing things like getting manicures, reading, exercising and spending time with friends on a daily and weekly basis which makes me feel so much better mentally and physically.
